This practical hooded cape will cover the user & the scooter. A clear panel at the front allows the lights to be visible & the user to see the scooter controls . Slots at the sides allow wing mirrors to sit outside the garment. Full length zip opens right to the bottom of the cape. Reflective strips to the sides & rear .
