Breakdown Cover
In partnership with FIRST CALL GB LTD, we can offer you a breakdown service that you can really rely on. In the event of a breakdown, you simply phone the FREEPHONE number and a recovery vehicle will pick up both you and your vehicle - normally within the hour - to take you home. Being protected not only gives you a sense of security for your mobility product but also your personal safety.
Extended Warranty
When you buy a Mobility Vehicle from Ortomotion Ltd, scooters and powered wheelchairs come with a standard 1 years' parts and labour warranty, plus an additional 1 year added by Ortomotion Ltd depending on the package included at the time of the original purchase (terms and conditions apply). Our warranty covers everything from electrical and mechanical faults to replacement parts.
